Community Room Reservations
To reserve the Nixa Chamber Community Room, please follow the steps below:
Use the Google Calendar link to check availability and select your preferred date and time.
Complete the Community Room Contract.
Email the completed contract to info@nixachamber.com.
An invoice will be sent to you, and payment must be received prior to using the room to confirm your reservation.
Reservations are not finalized until the contract is received and the invoice is paid.
